在設(shè)備控制界面，安裝有時(shí)間繼電器，操作者可根據(jù)清潔生產(chǎn)的需要，自由調(diào)整時(shí)間，時(shí)間繼電器從零秒到99小時(shí)可控制范圍，到達(dá)設(shè)定時(shí)間，清洗程序自動(dòng)停止。

In the equipment control interface, a time relay is installed. The operator can freely adjust the time according to the needs of cleaner production. The time relay can be controlled from zero seconds to 99 hours. When the set time is reached, the cleaning program will stop automatically.

輸送系統(tǒng)

根據(jù)被清洗工件的形狀、體積、批量等確定超聲波清洗機(jī)的輸送方式及控制方式。典型的輸送方式有——懸鏈、網(wǎng)帶、雙鏈、步進(jìn)、電葫蘆、自行葫蘆、滾筒、轉(zhuǎn)盤(pán)、龍門(mén)架、機(jī)械手、吊籃、推盤(pán)等等。

根據(jù)被清洗工件的表面狀況，有的清洗機(jī)配備噴淋漂洗工序，由多組噴嘴噴出細(xì)水流沖刷，將超聲波清洗和噴淋清洗有機(jī)地結(jié)合起來(lái)。

烘干系統(tǒng)

根據(jù)被清洗工件的狀況，有的清洗機(jī)配備烘干系統(tǒng)，烘干系統(tǒng)主要由加熱器、風(fēng)機(jī)、吹風(fēng)噴嘴等組成，溫度自動(dòng)控制。
